This clip is a few months old and the footage it contains took place at Tyson's Corner Marriott in Vienna, Virginia in either late October or early November 2008. I do not know the subject of the forum it takes place in but I do know that this did not come from an education forum as The Weekly Standard suggests as if you watch the other video in the set (click the Weekly Standard Link) carefully you will notice that the podium he is speaking from has a large "Marriott" logo. The education forum took place at a community center and was attended by students and parents. You can see no children or teenagers attending this forum. I saw this clip for the first time just a couple of days ago and felt others who haven't seen it yet might want to have a look as well.
